This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for PawfectPetSitter.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site.

 

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, service updates, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Pet and House Sitter Policies

RATES & FEES

All of our rates and fees can be accessed through our website, and are subject to change.

PAYMENT

We only accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, no cash or checks. Please update your payment method on file in our members portal so your service requests can be approved promptly. Your method of payment will be charged 1-7 days prior to service.

GRATUITY

We appreciate the offer of gratuity on any service, but please only cash or check, no credit cards. Thank you!

PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment is due at the time of service for new clients that have booked less than 2 services. Prompt payment is appreciated. If payment is not made, we have the right to cancel service. Clients that have booked more than 2 services can make payment at the end of their service if they have made payment on time prior.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted within the first 24 hours of scheduled service, and will otherwise be credited to your account for future bookings. Credit does not expire.

BUSINESS HOURS

Business hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, and weekends 9am-11am. We will monitor voicemail and emails throughout each day, and pet sitting hours are 24/7 days a week.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made by visiting http://www.PawfectPetSitter.com, click on the “LOGIN” option to book your appointment. Once your service has been scheduled, a call or text to confirm your appointment will be made within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation policy: Please cancel within 24 hours of scheduling service. If your service is cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation period, there will be a $15.00 cancellation charge.

DAILY CHECK INS

Daily check-in hours are 7am-10am, 12-2pm, 6-8pm. Pet visits are made within 1-2 hours of requested time. We visit more urgent bookings first such as dogs without a dog door for potty breaks first. If you are requesting a specific time your dog goes out, please notify us and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

DOG BOARDING/DAYCARE HOURS

We try to accommodate anytime drop off hours for your dogs, and in many cases offer drop off in later evening hours between 7-8pm at no additional charge for boarding. In order to maintain consistent pick up hours rates are based on a per night schedule and pick up is by 1pm on the last day of service or there is an additional nights charge. Daycare hours are from 7am-7pm, but will accommodate if later pick up time is needed. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records are required prior to their stay. Food should be provided for the length of the stay, if food is not provided or we need to purchase during the stay there will be an additional $10 fee added to the account.

VACCINATIONS

All dogs being boarded or staying for doggy daycare must be up to date on shots and provide vaccination record at the time of stay.

EMERGENCY BACKUP

In the event of an emergency with the scheduled pet sitter, there will be an emergency backup pet sitter to help out with clients needs. You will be notified in the event of an emergency with the sitter that will be making the visits. (All of our pet sitters are professional, background checked, and trained to handle care of pets.)

HOLIDAYS

Thanksgiving & Black Friday, Christmas, & New Years Eve, Memorial Day, and 4th of July there will be additional $15 per day for boarding, and $10 for check-ins/dog walks per visit

FRIENDS AND FAMILY ACCESS

Due to the safety of your pet, we do not accept other people visiting or caring for your pet while we are scheduled for daily check-ins. If there is someone else at the property without notice, we will call the owner to notify and service will be void for that day. Any payments made during that time will not be refunded.

LAST-MINUTE SERVICE

We provide last-minute service, however, we encourage you to please schedule your service at least 24 hours in advance. Services that are only 1-2 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee of $10.00

FREE MEET & GREET

Meet & Greets are scheduled prior to scheduling dog walks or pet sitting services. This allows us to get to know you, your pets and their routine, as well as pick up keys. While we assign you a primary walker/sitter, we cannot guarantee the same person each time you book your service. We work as a close-knit team. All updates on your file will be available to the team member caring for your dogs. If your usual walker/sitter is ill, on vacation or has their own emergency to deal with, a trained and a qualified team member will be happy to step in and give your pup the same love and care they are used to. If your regular walker/sitter is unavailable and you need to meet your new walker/sitter we are happy to arrange an additional meet and greet. Your first meet and greet is always free, any additional meet and greets you request will be charged a $15.00 fee.

KEYS

Clients must provide a lock box or 2 working sets of keys to be used for entry. Keys are kept on file as long as needed in a secured vault. Due to power outages and sensitive garage door openers, client must provide a key to a door in addition to the garage door opener or key pad codes for garage doors. For clients who choose not to keep key(s) on file with Pawfect Pet & House Sitter LLC, there is a key pickup/drop off charge of $15 per trip.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Pawfect Pet & House LLC sitter does not disclose any of your information to a third party, all information received is confidential and private.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Pawfect Pet & House Sitter may use photos of your pets in their social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other platforms from prior visits from daily check ins, dog walks or boarding clients. You are giving us permission to use photos of your pets by agreeing to these policies.
